In addition to your basic contact information (registrant info), you are required to provide technical, administrative, and billing contacts. By default, we use your registrant information for all of these contacts

Updates the nameservers and takes care of any technical problems

Manages selling or reassigning a domain

Billing Contact
Handles domain renewal

Domain registration and application fees are not refundable
